Why?
The time scale of the next ten years does not seem long enough to reach the ecological while I think the selfish bubble will burst before then. I think the additude to carbon will stigmatise it, yet those with money can keep usin it as thay wish.
What has been the most significant event in their life over the past 10 years?
She is now married and has had one child
What is most different for the character in 2020 compared the way they lived in 2010?
Having started a family her lifestyle has changed dramitically. The world has also changed, but to a lesser extent.
What has remained the same?
Still living in Ireland and working in Dublin. She is still an accountant but now works for a bigger firm who pays more money. This means longer hours but is necessary to buy the safety, services and facilities her family needs.
What is their lifestyle now?
She and her partner work hard to maintain their lifestyle and bring up their chlid. They earn money to buy the luxuaries they can while educating their child. Her work life balence is not what it used to be. She has given up most hobbies and travels rearly. She is still involved in youth work, but only when time allows.
